		Include Your Society in the ICO Directory of Ophthalmological Societies: February 15 deadline

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to ask for your help.

The International Council of Ophthalmology will again publish its ICO Directory of Ophthalmological Societies in time for the World Ophthalmology Congress this June. The Directory will list all of the national and international ophthalmologic societies in the world.

We need your help to make the Directory accurate and complete. Would you please take a moment to update your society's information before February 15, 2010?

To verify and update the information in the listing:

1. Go to archive.icoph.org/admin
   
   
2. Enter your username and password
   
   
3. After you enter your username and password, select your society from the drop-down menu.
   
   
4. Click "Edit Your Society Information."
   
   
5. Make any necessary changes and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

That's all you have to do.

If, for some reason, you cannot access the database to revise what's listed, you can e-mail changes to us at info@icoph.org or fax them to +1-415-409-8403.

If you are not an official of your society, please contact one and encourage them to update the information. (You may forward this e-mail as necessary or copy the link to this mailing: archive.icoph.org/news/directory1001.html in another e-mail message.)

Please do make the updates by February 15, so that your society will be accurately represented in the Directory. If we do not have the updates by this time, we will include the former information.
